Bridging the Client-Team Gap
Building a system for non-technical SME owners revealed a gap between our initial software design and the reality of their daily operations. When formal interviews produced vague answers, I shifted our approach toward **active field observation** to understand actual business workflows and translate them into clearer technical requirements.
Leading a Mid-Project Refactor
When field realities clashed with our initial assumptions, I helped guide a major mid-project refactoring of the Laravel core logic and Tailwind UI. As the Lead Full-Stack Developer, I focused on adapting the architecture to match **actual cashier workflows** without disrupting team morale.
The Impact I Made
